Your 6-day itinerary
Arrival Day
You will be met on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, then transferred to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, your safari begins with a drive to Tarangire National Park for a game drive and picnic lunch. Tarangire is known for elephant herds, baobab trees, and wildlife movement around the Tarangire River.
Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park. This small but varied park has groundwater forest, acacia woodland, hot springs, swamps, lake views, rich birdlife, and the tree-climbing lions often associated with the area.
Into the Serengeti
Depart for Serengeti National Park through Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As the highlands open into the plains, continue toward the central Serengeti for an afternoon game drive.
Full Day in the Serengeti
Spend a full day on game drives in Serengeti National Park. Your guide plans the day around the season, road conditions, recent sightings, and wildlife movement.
Serengeti to Ngorongoro
Start with an early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, then depart toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way, you may stop at Olduvai Gorge before continuing to your lodge or campsite.
Ngorongoro Crater and Departure
After an early breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. Later in the afternoon, drive back to Arusha for airport drop-off. An extra Arusha overnight can be arranged on request at additional cost.
